I scheduled an appointment for Thursday just hoping we could address the issue sooner, but there really is not much to explain. Having been and AutoCAD user since 1988 and and being familiar with Fusion360 for about 3.5 years, I think I'm pretty comfortable knowing my way around, especially AutoCAD. I'm used to scaling objects within a drawing and using the printer output to either fit or scale 1:1 with ease. So I'm not quite sure why Fusion360 is not working other than it must be something within the code itself, since my/the settings are pretty straightforward. Using 1:1 does not produce prints as expected and requires the ratios I listed in my previous post to get it to work, so although surprising the ratio adjustment is required, it does work for me. Also, I'm using the same HP Laser printer for both AutoCAD and Fusion360 and no other drivers or scaling in between.
An update from our Zoom meeting:
As it turned out, the/my problem ended up being the "Drawing Scale" was set to something other than 1:1 which I was having to rescale by using a something other than 1:1 in the print settings. It was apparently something I had done while trying to get the drawing to work in a previous version and the setting carried over. Now that the A size drawing is scaled to 1:1 AND the print setting is set to 1:1, I actually get 1:1 on the page. Hope this is useful to any others who may have similar issues in the future.
