Hello,

I'm receiving this message when I trie to open the latest version of a project in Fusion 360 app.

I can open the project previous versions, the latest version in the web and in the mobile Fusion App. I can also open the latest version of the component that the message indicates as being the problem. Furthermore, I didn't delete any related file.

Can someone help me please? I really don't know what to do.

@williamsoaresng you mentioned that you can open this file in the web, is that using Fusion online? If you can open there then, can you open it do a simple change and save it. Come back to your other machine, close Fusion and launch again and now open the design?

Hi. Thanks for the help.

It worked, but the project was completely destroyed. Hours and hours of work were thrown in the trash. It's been realy hard to deal with Fusion 360 bugs, it's very very frustrating and tiring. Almost half of the modeling time is deticated to fighting them.

I'm using the student's version, and my experience has been very disappointing. Every time I used Fusion 360 I came away with a headache, and sometimes, with wasted modeling hours. It's definitely a software I wouldn't like to work with.

@williamsoaresng Sorry to hear that experience. Can you please expand more on " the project was completely destroyed"? There are no differences between a student version and a commercial version of Fusion. We would like to work with you to understand what is leading to a data loss for you.

@williamsoaresng @To clarify, you made a change on Fusion online , saved it , came back to your other machine and when you opened it the component was wrongly rotated?
