Hi everyone,
I previously used Fusion 360 with a Personal license (non-commercial) and had about 10 projects. I recently installed the new Autodesk Fusion and logged in with the same Autodesk account.
I can see my old files, but the app crashes every time I try to open any of them.
Here's what happened step by step:
1. After installing Autodesk Fusion, I was prompted to create a new organization. I did so (named "WebUncle").
2. Initially, I could only see this new empty organization with a default empty project. My old projects were nowhere to be found.
3. The Data Panel icon (grid icon, top left) was grayed out and unclickable on the main screen.
4. After creating a new empty design (File > New Design), the Data Panel icon became active.
5. Opening the Data Panel, I can now see all my old files from the Fusion 360 Personal era.
6. However, clicking on any old file causes the application to essentially restart — it drops back to the main/home screen with an empty view. No error message is displayed. This happens consistently with every
old file I try.
Is there a way to export or download these files? (Right-click options in the Data Panel don't seem to help.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The files are clearly still in the cloud since I can see them in the Data Panel — I just can't open them.
Thanks in advance.
