Cannot move a line in a sketch

I have no idea why this is so difficult.  I have a rectangle.  I draw a line from the mid point of one side of the rectangle past the other side of the rectangle.  Then I want to move the line back so that some part of the line hangs off or extends past both sides of the rectangle.  Seems impossible.  There is no way to move a line once drawn.  I've been trying to simply move a line for an hour.

Can you please put the screencast for the issue? It will help us in debugging the issue and/or give a solution if possible.

My suspicion is that due to the coincident constraint at the first point you are not able to move the line. Can you please check if you delete the coincident constraint at the first point move works?
