Try to install it fresh as soon as It goes to 100% it fails.
They suggest me this URL (The error in on that page as well): "Problem installing Fusion" during Fusion installation

but I cannot even use the Fusion Utility Tool.

I tried to uninstall it plus I removed those directories:
AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy
AppData\Local\Autodesk\ODIS
ProgramData\Autodesk\ODIS

try to install it again no luck. I'll attach the logs.

@nadimDVDDE

Can you please try this?

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again

The user has other Autodesk apps installed.
I tried already by removing those directories:
AppData\Local\Autodesk\webdeploy
AppData\Local\Autodesk\ODIS
ProgramData\Autodesk\ODIS

Is it safe to do the ones that you mention? (Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360) If i can find them.

@nadimDVDDE Yes, it is safe to remove those folders.

Are you installing the Insider version of Fusion?

I'll check that but on the website there's one Fusion product. Thanks for the suggestion.

@nadimDVDDE I was asking that because you mentioned this - I can see that creates Autodesk Fusion [Insider]

Have you signed up for Insider and is the insider build that one that cannot be installed?

I'll check, you see a friend of mine has the issue, and I'm trying to assist him. There's a good chance that he messes it up from his side. I wasn't even aware of an Insider version.
