Cannot edit feature

After creating a simple extruded hole, there is no way to edit it.  No timeline at the bottom.  Right-clicking on the extrude does not show any method of editing.  Is there something I'm missing here? (see attached screencap).

It looks to me like the design history is turned off.

The absence of the timeline supports this statement.

Then editing is not possible.

Thank you!  Coming off of Inventor HSM; Fusion approaches things so differently in some areas and it's frustrating.

For anyone else having this issue, you need to right-click the topmost tree of the part and choose "Capture Design History"...  I don't know why this is not set as a default already.

1. select this setting in your preferences > DESIGN >

2. History is disabled during the import process of  „Non Fusion“ files
