Cannot drag and rearrange features in the feature tree.

Hello,

Once I make a feature, its position is set in stone. I cannot drag it to a different position in the timeline. I've tried all sorts of features and have made sure they are not dependent on another feature that would stop me from moving them. I have capture design history selected and I'm talking about the features that show up at the bottom of the screen in the horizontal tree. Any ideas? is there some sort of setting I have on?

I can also freely drag around non-dependent features in this simple design.

Aparently there is a bug that affects multi-monitor desktops. The rearengement of features in the design history only works if Fusion 360 is in the main monitor.

There is a bug that affects multi monitor desktops.  Fusion 360 only allows to rearange the features in the Design History if you are working in the main montinor. Try moving the window to it.

I found the solution in another post but I can't find the link to it.
