Cannot create solid body even after stitching

I am trying to create a solid body having sculpted a form and patched all openings. Even after I stitched everything together, I still observe a hollow body in Section Analysis. I have also tried Boundary Fill, but when I go to select Cells, nothing appears. I'm still learning the software, so I would greatly appreciate any tips.Cockpit Analysis 1.JPGCockpit Analysis 2.JPGCockpit.JPG

@josephhhaines,  it looks like you have some edges that did not stitch.  If you start the Stitch command again, you will see some red edges - these show edges that are not stitched, or which are "open" edges (meaning that there is not even a pair edge to stitch with).  You'll need to fix those up before either Stitch or Boundary Fill will turn this into a solid.

And, to add a friendly warning:  Do not solve this by increasing the stitch tolerance a lot.  This approach can sometimes work, but the resulting model is usually problematic.  This adds "tolerant edges", which can cause downstream problems.  Use this only as a last resort.

Thank you, Jeff. I'll try a few different options that I've currently been brainstorming to reach my objective. I apologize though for the late reply. Work got in the way.
