Cannot create new project: Usage Limits Exceeded

Anonymous
Not applicable

My Enthusiast subscription expired and I renewed it tonight.  When I tried to create a new project I received the follow error:

Operation Failed: Usage Limits Exceeded.

I tried deleting a project, and I was still unable to create a new one.

If I try to create a new project from myhub.autodesk360.com I receive the following error:

Project limit exceeded.

Can someone please help me.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting about the issue! I'll reach out to the A360 team to see if everything is working correctly at the back end and circle back here as soon as I have more information to share.

In the meantime, could you attach a screenshot of About page so that I can confirm that the Enthusiast license has been activated?

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm sorry it's taking time to solve this. I just learned that your hub (cloud storage) is not properly synced with the status of your license and that seems to be causing the issue. The team is diligently working on this right now and I'll keep you posted.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

Fusion was working over the weekend.  I assumed it had been fixed.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for the update! Can you create a new project now or do you still get the "Usage Limits Exceeded" error message?

Hi @bjoern.veith,

When did you activate a free license for Fusion 360? It sometimes takes up to 24 hours until the license status syncs properly and the error usually goes away if you wait.

If you just activated a license today, would you mind checking tomorrow and if the issue still persists, please create a new forum thread.
