Project file attached, it's not remotely complicated. It unfolds OK but Trying to make a flat pattern fails mysteriously, clicking More Info does nothing but dismiss the warning. 2019_09_24_14_29_41_Greenshot.png

Fillet1 is causing the flat pattern to fail.  It works if you add the fillet in the folded state.

Nope, exactly the same happens if Fillet 1 is deleted.

Actually, after a bit more playing I can get a flat pattern to create by rolling the history marker right back, creating a flat pattern before the unfold and then updating it with each change. The flat pattern updates correctly, but still shows yellow in the history bar and the error is still unspecified.

Review from right clicking the feature in the timeline gives you more info but don't think it helps. This is what I see if i suppress the fillet. Still got a warning but it does generate a flat pattern.

That's interesting, I can leave the fillet in and get it to create a flat pattern that includes it...although frankly I find it ridiculous that the unfold and Flat pattern commands have different behaviours.

I can't do any more testing because the latest update just broke my Fusion....

I did eventually get it to unfold with the fillet but it's a bit flaky. The flat pattern and unfold are not always the same, for one the flat pattern is a single surface for the top and bottom. Also the 3 corner bend can be different in a flat pattern, if you manufacture you should always use the flat pattern for cutting not the unfold body.

Bit late now but I've found the auto shut down and restart causes a lot of problems, not just Fusion. Had several programs corrupt themselves when you get prompted with press button to shutdown and update.

What I always do now is close the program manually wait a couple of minutes then run from the program menu, not had another problem in the last 4 years after updating.

@CoastLineModels

Can you elaborate on this statement?

"I can't do any more testing because the latest update just broke my Fusion...."

Just curious in what ways Fusion is now broken for you after this update.
