Can't move sketch geometry

I have sketch with no so many constraints and dimension. I should be able to move all geometry down, but I can't. And I don't understand why.

Not sure how you got it in that condition, but I noticed a lot of other unresolved issues highlighted in the Timeline.

In my work I generally avoid Offset in sketch if I can use Thin Feature Extrude instead.
