Can't make PCB larger than 100mm

I'm trying to make a 3d printable case for an atomic pi. The PCB dimensions are 100mm x 130mm

I've created a sketch the dimensions of the PCB. Then derived a pcb from the sketch

I find that fusion is resizing the PCB to 100 mm x 83.13 mm

Why is fusion resizing the PCB? Is there an undocumented limitation? or is this a bug?

I suspect 100mm x 80mm is the hard limit from Eagle.
