Can't drag spline control point

Hi,

I'm working a sketch that includes control point splines and am running into issues moving/dragging some of the control points. In the screen capture, I'm showing there are no dimensions or other constraints applied to the section of the spline (it is fixed at either end) and that the attempted drag does appear in the undo history, even though nothing is actually moved.

(I haven't shown this in the video but I can move the control points on the inner spline - it's a bit laggy, but they do move)

I'm wondering if the non-moving control points are because (earlier in the sketch) I created an offset of the outer spline (the construction line inside the outer spline) and so trying to move a control point will affect that offset - either the existence of the offset prevents the move or it's too complex to calculate and Fusion is just giving up.

I don't have the most powerful set-up but I've got Task Manager open and nothing (CPU, GPU or memory) is topping out.

I think I've answered my own question - though I'm not entirely sure why it's worked. I deleted the section of the offset in the specific part of the sketch.
