The installation routine cannot use the compressed data because it did not get to your computer. Early in your log file a network error is occurring as shown in the attached screen capture from the log file. The specific web file it is trying to download can be tested by opening this web page. If it opens, it is will show just code, simply close it as it will not help you. Until you can open it, you will have issues installing Fusion 360 as this is the file it needs to download during the install. What I am giving you is a way of testing your internet to verify success the next time your try the installation.
To troubleshoot your network error, search on the error shown in the red box.
