I create a project in fusion 360 and get error "Operation failed" or "Failed operation" someting like that. After that, I create another project and got 2 projects, one can delete and other cannot delete or open project folder and get error "You don't have required permissions to perform this operation." What can i do.

Hi @tanat_boonpar

Are you using the same account when logging into the web as well as F360?

Okay, are you the owner of the comiceLaboratory team?

Note, not the project, but the team owner.

Have you tried to log in from another browser or device?

If yes, I would suggest you to contact support directly, they will be able to assist you if there any issues with the account itself.

Yes, I try to login website and Fusion 360 in another laptop, The result are the same.

And I use Fusion 360 Education plan that Autodesk doesn’t provide technical support with their free software.

I do believe that you can contact support no matter what kind of plan you have vie web browser, since I have had a Education license prior as well and they helped me. Just try to contact support directly here.
