Bug report: auto recovery + save + active command locks up everything

Bug report: when working on a new untitled file, the whole thing can lock up when Recovery is attempting to create a Recovery file at the same time that I have an active command editing the file and while the save dialog is open.

Recreation steps (I think - I've only been using Fusion 360 for two days):

1. Create a new project but do not name or save it
2. Create some new components and sketches
3. In a sketch, start drawing a center diameter circle, but do not finish
4. Leave your computer for while
5. Come back and see the Recovery dialog
6. Click a continue button (I think that's what I did here)
7. Save dialog opens
8. Observe an error dialog is also open saying that attempts to create a Recovery file failed because the Center Diameter Circle command is editing the file.

Expected: I can rename the file in the Save dialog, close the error dialog, and continue working on the project

Actual: No buttons on any dialogue are clickable. No form fields can be activated. No dialogs can be closed. I hear hard-stop errors sounds when clicking anywhere. I've managed to fix it by changing focus to another application then switching back to Fusion 360 and immediately clicking on the Okay button in the Recovery error dialog.

Thanks for the nice set of steps. That helps tremendously.

I found the same result as you, but also a workaround.

If you go to the Fusion 360 menu in the mac appframe (upper right), you can pick "Hide Fusion 360" from that menu while it's locked up. This should release the lock and allow clicks in the application again.

Thanks Phil. I was able to get around it. Just thought you'd like the report filed. Also, you clearly figured out I'm on a Mac. Sorry I left that part out.
