Boundary Fill - Can't find cell

I'm trying to fill a simple beam structure with foam. I was able to fill the middle segments but the end ones I don't see the "cell" I want to check box. 

Is there a way to find out why fusion does not think the areas is fully bounded?

You share the file in "view only" mode.  If you are on a Fusion 360 Personal license, you cannot share the model using the Fusion 360 Data Panel share.  You must attach it to a forum post.  If you do not know how to attach your model, open it in Fusion360, select the File menu and then choose Export and save the .F3D file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a reply forum post to attach it.

I was able to get ahold of Autodesk support and got ahold of Lars ranomoly. I had a gap in the corner as I had guessed. Simply expanding a skin I put in place fixed the cell selection.
