3 similar bodies join without issue but this one just won't.  All points are coincident and I've checked everything else I can think of a dozen times.  I've tried enlarging the body in all directions (except up as it would be wrong) to make it overlap with the bodies around it but the issue remains.  I'm starting to think that maybe I need to reinstall F360?  I've had the history marker disappear a few times on me lately and I can only zoom in so far before weird things happen.  I had everything combined and happy but then discovered that I had to add 2 degree draft.  After doing that the long way (feature doesn't work for my design as it only cuts not adds) I discovered a few issues.  I've sorted them all out except this one.

Okay, everything seems to be attached correctly now.  There must be a delay in the screencast appearing in the post.

There should be a screenshot, a screencast and the design attached.

Design shared and hopefully you can see the screencast (if not I've added it yet again in this reply).

The Attached isn't really a good solution as it distorts one area, but I would have to start over from scratch to be fully confident in any "solution".

I am having trouble replicating this in my design.  I've duplicated the first lot of face deletions but the second has me lost.  I'm still working at it.

Interesting, I've seen precisely this design on the forum before.

Yep Trippy, it's um been a very slow process.  2 steps forward, 1 step back.  Hopefully once I find my way to getting this to join the main body, the rest is smooth sailing....  Fusion 360 has been great except for these inexplicable little errors that require workarounds.

I think I would model the geometry very differently (and probably more efficiently) but unfortunately I already have too much work on my plate.

Keep plugging away.  You might try trimmed surfaces from the start.

Just an update.  I finally found the issue.  When I was splitting the face to make a profile to loft from, I was turning off the 'extend cutting tool' option.  After countless hours I tried it with 'extend cutting tool' and the join issue was gone.

Hopefully this helps someone in the future.
