Hi @veeramani4,
Sorry to hear this is happening! Almost always this is graphics related. We have a pretty good article here that outlines some troubleshooting steps. The tricky part - is that it looks like your graphics card's drivers have been pretty recently updated. I wonder if that driver is "bad". Do you have dual graphics cards on your machine? I would be curious if you right-click the Fusion desktop icon and select "Run with Graphics Processor" and try to run using the other card (most likely an onboard Intel), if the black data panel occurs. It would help narrow down where the issue is stemming from.
Thanks,

thank you for your reply. But I worked past 1 year now only this problem created I have not duel processer what I will do
Hi @veeramani4,
One thought that I had - is to visit the AMD driver update utility here. Then find the most up to date driver that they have to offer for your graphics card (I can't see the full name in the screenshot, but let me know if you want help). My suggestion is to then cleanly uninstall the old driver and reinstall the new one. This should fix the issue as it looks like your card is powerful enough to run Fusion.
Thanks,
