Automatic update fails

Fusion360 keeps trying to auto-update each time I start it (to see if my startup license has finally been renewed—not yet after more than a month...) and fails around 35% of the way through. Repeated attempts, even after restarts have no effect. Running on Mac OS 10.14.6 adsk.dls.streamer.diff - ERROR :: Failed to apply patch to target /Users/XXXXXX/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/webdeploy/production/4e3f0a85d9d8d43c3e440381fa17088c506336bc/Resources/CONFIG/Fusion 360.server.config.patchout with patch file /Users/XXXXXX/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/webdeploy/production/4e3f0a85d9d8d43c3e440381fa17088c506336bc/Resources/CONFIG/Fusion 360.server.config and original file /Users/XXXXXX/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/webdeploy/production/078c0152f608cb87272eeb7be2226a5f77176092/Resources/CONFIG/Fusion 360.server.config

Not sure what solved it, but F360 is once again upgrading. Removed the "4e3f0a85d9d8d43c3e440381fa17088c506336bc" folder but upgrade still failed. Rebooted a day later and it worked. Still trying to resolve the licensing issue...
