Autodesk Fusion 360 Freezes at this loading screen

Hello guys, I am relatively new in using this fusion software. So, I have managed to install it and work some projects with my fusion. It runs perfectly with no sign of error. Yet, recently these days I can't seem to use my Fusion anymore due to its problem which freezes on the blank loading screen after it displays the words "Fusion 360". I've tried to run it as and administrator, but it doesn't seem to give any solution. Thus, I couldn't use my Fusion anymore because its always stuck at the loading screen.

If there are some solutions regarding to it, I would like to try them.

Here is the preview of the blank loading screen I am stuck with

Can you give this suggestion a try and let us know if it helps?

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Fus...

If that doesn't help, can you collect the log files referenced in the below link and share them back here?

Thanks,

Okay, I'll try it tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion and if I still couldn't solve it after that, I'll try to do your next steps.

I encounter the same problem, it can't be solved even after deleting the  Login State.xml  file mentioned above.

However, I notice that the fusion 360 splash screen is shown on my main monitor, but after that, the stuck screen is somehow shown on my secondary monitor screen and stuck over there.

So I end up solving the problem by unplugging my secondary monitor.

After relaunching the fusion 360, this time, it was able to go through load without problem...very weird issue.
