Assembly joint problem

I am getting a joint failure while trying to complete an simple animation assembly. Three of the joints seem to be ok but adding a fourth gives errors. This is totally baffling to me. Can someone enlighten me, please?

If you try to use a Revolve Joint, which I am sure you are, it results in a problem.  This is due to a small build-up of tolerances in the revolve plane.  Use a Cylindrical Joint on one side instead to relieve this issue.  Model is attached.
