I have not found the Array tool in the Sketch menu. Is there this tool in Fusion 360?

In Sketch mode it is called, Rectangular / Circular Pattern, in the lower half of the Sketch Menu

and it is not recommended that you use them, unless very simple geometry

(often big performance lags - every constraint and every dimension is recalculated on every edit)

if you can use the Pattern Tools for features or bodies in the modelling area - much better.
