Arc tangent

Dear Community, 

I started learning Fusion360 and I am making a paperclip. However the tangent tool at the bottom is not working. Is there someone who can explain to me how to solve the problem ? 🙂

Click drag a blue item and see what happens.

I got 2 curves, and both were not constrained.  Fusion should get tangency without trouble but would help to delete one of the curves.  Then the Tangency will work.  You should not have any green articles.

Hey, for some reason the sweeping tool did the right job: I got my paperclip 🙂 I deleted the two quarter circles and made used the sweep tool. It worked.

Sometimes it is easier to do this sort of sketch item as a "do it one go affair"...I did try to apply constraints to yours but I I went about the repair the wrong way I feel.

Then continue the tidy up and constrain the dimension and location.
