I haven't done anything...
I went to use Fusion 360 and everything was gone.
The screen said my subscription had expired, so I got a new one.
I still can't see my projects and it seems it doesn't recognise that I had a previous account.
The support is really bad and is not only taking 12 hours to get a response, but they ignoring the reason I contacted them and saying it is just about installation.
This has happened without any prior warning and it's like I never had Fusion 360 for the past year and the support system seems to be now about frustrating the customer, not helping them.
If I've lost all my projects I might as well look at another package, especially if they do this kind of stuff to you periodically.
