All my projects are gone

I have not opened fusion for about a year. I updated the app and now none of my projects are visible in the file browser. I have been using Fusion for over 10 years so I have had a number of account access problems before but was able to get it sorted out quickly. This one I can't seem to figure out. I have checked my app data folder, it appears I have only one account logged in on my device. My email has not changed. The data is also not visible in mobile apps. I'n my editable documents folder, I see some of my documents but they don't open and there is no user/history data showing up when I click the version dropdown. only the last modified date is populated.

@batchelder_jimmy Can you please go into Fusion- help - support and diagnostics - Fusion service utility - Gather system info and attach the Fusiondiagnostics.zip

After getting that file can you please run the blow article?

Following the article did not seem to change anything. 

I don't have the login_ActiveDocuments file in the fusion user id folder.

@batchelder_jimmy Thanks for the logs - when you go to this location /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Neutron Platform/Options/<user id> can you snapshot what you see in this folder?

I followed the directions. I made the file editable and went back online. nothing. None of my projects are visible. I have 10 years of projects I cannot access. What do we try next?

@batchelder_jimmy @When you say none of them are visible are you saying that the editable documents is now again populated with files that has the spinning wheels?

@RajkumarIlanchelian after fusion updated, I have literally no project files. There are only the default projects. None of my documents show up in the project browser. I cannot access them online either. The files stuck in the editable section were the only hint that my documents existed

I have the same issue.  I had not used Fusion 360 for over a year.  When I recently opened the program and was required to update, I lost access to all my old files. I see two of the old files in a recovery dialogue box, which advises that they are in a different team.  I've never worked with teams and have only used the one email address to access Fusion 360.  What information do you need from me so you allow me access to my old files?
