Add sheet metal rules to library

I'm trying to update my sheet metal rules from send cut send. Previously you opened the file from SCS, go to rules, click each one in the design and save to library. The last step is no longer there. How do I save the rules to my shared library?

This morning I was annoyed by the duplicates that randomly appeared so I cleaned everything out thinking it would still be easy to resave. Not so. 

When I click edit, continue, save. It's not saving in a place that I can see from another design.

Is this a known issue. Am I just missing a step?

No, not the send cut send add in. Send Cut Send provides an f3d file on their website to download with all of their sheet metal rules. Please see the link below.
