Fusion 360 Won't Load

I updated Fusion 360, and now it either gets to about 45% and crashes or loads the Fusion support window.  I don't have the old install to try installing the older version.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version, and repairing it through the support window, but nothing works.

@james_carson We just released a new update 2702.1.58. Can you please install this version and let us know if you are still facing this problem?

Is there a specific location I can download it from? I downloaded the free use version again and am getting the same problems.

That took me to the same download page I did this morning, so it's already been uninstalled and installed twice.  Attached is the log file.

Hi @james_carson ,

Have you installed any Virtual machines on your machine or installing Fusion on a Virtual machine.

Also

  • Provide your OS version.
  • A screenshot of "45% and crashes or loads the Fusion support window"

@james_carson

Can you please try this?

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again

@james_carson IN the service utility can you click on gather system info and attach the Fusiondiagnostics.zip file that it generates?

@james_carson The file should be in this location - C:\Users\(username)\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\

It doesn't help. I've done the uninstall/reinstall thing several times now, and the registry entry is already set to 1
