Adaptive clearing missing geometry

There seems to be either an underlying error in my shape being operated on, or a bug in the adaptive code.  The shape is a simple keyed washer made by creating a cylinder and removing a section.  2D and 3D adaptive clearing do incorrect things.

Please attach your part so others can troubleshoot your issue.

I didn't know how to attach the part, but I think I figured it out.  It should be attached now.

I am not a whiz at Fusion 360 CAM but I machined your part.  It is attached.  I had a bit of trouble getting the step-down section to be completely recognized.  It at first only wanted to machine one quadrant, opposite the raised area.  Switch over to CAM and run a complete simulation.

I did not see where you had tried and saved any CAM attempt.  Did you try to machine it?

The file I attached had a CAM section that loads on my machine.  Perhaps the local tool table confuses things when you load it.  The incorrect quadrant problem is exactly what I'm experiencing.  Your CAM works around the bug, but it is still a bug - The surface geometry is being misinterpreted and should be fixed.  I'll use your work-around (thank you!) for now.
