Acrylic Sign Not Rendering Well, Planes Order/Positioning Incorrect

Hello,

I have an acrylic sign that has an insert that goes in at the top. I included the Adobe Illustrator PDF with all the layers if that helps. I don't like how I made it. I think how I positioned my components is wrong but I don't know what exactly the correct way to go about this is. In the file, starting from the back of the sign:

– A White Acrylic Backer with a cut-out that allows for a white paper insert to slide into it.
– The Paper Insert that goes into the cut-out of the White Acrylic Backer

– Copy/letters that are technically supposed to be printed onto the paper insert.
– Then we print a green color onto the back side (second surface) of the Clear Acrylic Face. So I included the Green Ink as it's own component that covers the paper insert's edge (that is behind it).
– Then there is the Clear Acrylic Face that the Green Ink is printed second surface onto.

PDF file is not attached there.  You need a web browser for that functionality.

Should work with the front acrylic being green, and the body opacity turned down.

Might help…..
