Access to Archived Projects with Education License

I am trying to restore three archived projects.

Yesterday I signed up for a trial of Teams and was able to click the "Restore" button, but was notified that my storage is full.

Today, the "Restore" button is greyed-out and I have only "Basic Access."

Is it possible to restore a project with an Education License - I am an educator and not a student.
