Hi All, recently I changed my email address on my A360 account from fitty67@gmail.com.au to g.fithall@highview.vic.edu.au and ever since I have had no luck signing in or out of fusion 360, I have tried changing it back since but still no joy, I have recently viewed forums of similar issues with other users but the solution has been within autodesk so I was wondering if you guys could get the team onto my issues to get me back online within Fusion360 thanks for your help cheers Glen

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting in the forum! I am sorry to hear about the issue.

Could you try signing in in this page? If you get any errors, please attach a screenshot here.

Could you also attach a screenshot of the error that you receive when logging into Fusion 360?

Hi @Anonymous,

What is the current email address for your Autodesk account? Is that the gmail?

Are you still planning to change it to the other one later?

Hi, Yes it is the gmail account at the moment and yes I would like it changed to the other one g.fithall@highview.vic.edu.au if you can do that for me that would be fantastic it is my school email and is easier for the students to find me, Ive tried changing a couple of times myself but both times I have struck this problem, Thanks again Glen

Hi @Anonymous as now the email is set as fitty1967@gmail.com we need you to try change it again to g.fithall@highview.vic.edu.au.

You should go to "My account" --> "security settings" and ones there change your email to g.fithall@highview.vic.edu.au and don't change it back.

After that you should let @masa.minohara know that in case we need to make a clean up.

Best Regards

Hi @Anonymous

I saw that you set your new email. We already made a clean up of the data involved so you shouldn't have the issue anymore. Could you please confirm that?

Thanks

Hi @Anonymous, as i see this issue is happening with the desktop application. And as you said it doesn't seem to be an email issue (we already discard that option after the previous fix we intent)

Could you please confirm if you can access to your hubs and projects on the web application?  I think it should be on an url like this myhub.autodesk360.com

Hi @felipe.cordoves@masa.minohara I've tried to sign into A360 and this is the error I get(posted below) Ive also signed in to fusion 360 page with success so something is going a miss somewhere. Also when I open up fusion 360 on my desktop it still comes up with the error Ive posted earlier and when clicking on the ok button pauses and shuts down automaticallyphoto.jpg

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you for your patience. I just heard back from @felipe.cordoves that the issue was fixed at the back end.

Could you check if everything is working now?
