A specific design always fails to sync to the cloud

[Post title modified by CGBenner 6/4/24]

I have one design that always fails to sync to the cloud. I can work locally, make changes etc. but when I save the design it never syncs to cloud, it just sits there with the busy status indicator (I waited for hours). Sometimes I get that 'Upload delayed' notification.

I tried: restarting fusion & computer, switching to offline mode, making changes and switching back to online and everything mentioned in this article:

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/File-stuck-in-uplo...

Nothing seems to help.

I tried Save as.. to a new file and which then also fails to sync. BUT if I create a new (with a simple box) design and try to save it, it works without problems ('test_box v2' in the screenshot). It seems there is an issue with my specific design?

Diagnostics logs are attached.

Hello!

Sorry for the late reply. Yes this is stillt an issue. I just opened the design and it still fails to sync.
It's this design: https://a360.co/4aZ7B9H
As it fails to sync, this shows an old Version. I don't know how I can share the current Version, as I'm not able to export it as this would require 'cloud translation' (which fails because it can't sync 😉 ).

@ivoherzig Would you be able to invite me into your project? raj.kumar.ilanchelian@autodesk.com

1. What is the last version that has synced successfully for you?
2. If you go into offline mode and then come back online does that help?

@ivoherzig The design that you shared, can you make it downloadable?

Last Version that synced, well the one that is available on the sharing link: v42 from April 1st. 2:11 PM

Going offline and online again does not help, also restarting fusion, updating fusion (just happened) and all other solutions mentioned here: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/File-stuck-in-uplo... did not work.

- invited you to the project

- Make downloadable: In Fusion, it tells me I need to upgrade my subscription to make it downloadable (when creating the sharing link). So I guess I can't do that sorry.

@ivoherzig Got the access. Can I go ahead and make a small change (nothing to the model I will just dirty the model to save). This will help to see if this gets stuck and why it is doing so. Can I go ahead and do that?

@ivoherzig Just realized that the entitlement is basic access. So I wont be able to edit your design. We will have to do this another way.

In the article that you attached I assume you tried the "Manually clear the Upload Queue". Can you confirm that you closed Fusion, backed up/deleted the Q folder , restart Fusion, made a change and the file is stuck again?

Yes, that is correct, i tried that (many times over the last months since April 1st) and it is still stuck in upload.
Btw. I more or less re-created the design from the ground up, and this new Design works fine so far.
So, for me, this issue could be closed. (Although it's still a bit unnerving that something relatively simple just stops syncing.)

@ivoherzig Sorry we could not get to the bottom of this but glad you are able to recreate the file and move forward.
