3DConnexion Space Mouse USB Driver install on Mac OS 14.4 crashes

Hi all,

got a Problem with the latest Fusion Update - kept crashing when UI loaded - they said Its due an old 3DConnexion Driver.

Deinstalled old one - installed newest - now the 3DConnextion Helper crashes whenever computer starts up. Also the settings in MacOS of the Driver cant be openend - always results in an "ViewBridge Error 14.

Read that many people had issues to grant the Driver the proper Acces in Settings when installing it - same here - never a windows during or after installation opens to grant the right permissions in the Settings.

Anyone a solution therefore ?

tried EVERYTHING

install - deinstall - tons of versions - no succes

a day long back and forth with 3DConnexion Support - always repeating the same steps that are all over the internet

my end conclusion: use the legacy Driver in Fusion and never update

NEVER CHANGE A RUNNING SYSTEM
