3 point plane origin bug?

If you create a plane using 3 points in a sketch the first point you pick will be the origin, this can be quite useful. If you edit the sketch the origin doesn't update but if you move a point in the Z axis it does! seems like it should update at all times. 

 

This feature would be even more useful if the X axis aligned to the first 2 points selected, something for the ideastation I guess.

@Phil.E Would you mind taking a look at this screencast while we're discussing sketch origin problems. Notice when I edit the points the plane's created from the XY axis flip so X changes from pointing down to point up! Are there any plans for rotating and flipping planes because these sort of problems makes redefine sketch plane pretty useless at the moment.
