10 document limit for personal use seems to be 5

I am unclear on the 10 document limit. I get a message that I have reached the limit of 5 documents. If I change one of the documents to Read only such that I have 4 editable documents, then indeed I can edit another document. This seems to contradict the 10 document limit. How is my thinking incorrect?

Thanks for the report, @jdaues. I am looking into this.

In the meantime, would you please confirm what version of the application you have installed?

Hi @jdaues,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

I am currently trying to reproduce it locally on my system. I noticed that I receive a message stating, "Upgrade to get unlimited access," but I am still able to edit 10 documents.

Could you please share a screenshot of your Data Panel for further investigation?

Thanks and regards,
Sagar Patil

The problem no longer occurs. The only thing I can think of is that I set all documents to read only and then back to editable again and that somehow reset it.

Hi, I had the same issue after opening Fusion. In the top left corner I had "4 of 5". After download last version (before restarting) the number of editable documents was restarted to the correct limit (10).

FYI I report the sequence of actions I take:

1. Open Fusion

2. Autenticate

3. Fusion show 4 of 5 editable documents (limit seems 5)

4. I switched 3 docs to read only

5. In the meantime started the download of the last version

6. After the end of download and install (before restarting) I see the number of editable documents limit is restarted to 10 and 3 of the documents I marked read only are still editable.

7. Restart Fusion for update

8. At the end of restart Fusion show the correct limit.

I was not able to take the screenshot of the error. I attach the screenshot of the updated and correct limit.

Hope can help. Regards.

Gabriele.

It's zero now...

None of the proposed fixes works.

You are reading this statement wrong.  You have all 10 available documents you can edit.  If it read, 4 of 10 Editable Documents, then you have 6 more available.  In the Animated GIF I show you have have 0 of 10 Editable Documents and then I make one Editable.
