Request for post processor – HWACHEON HI-TECH 230 BL YSMC with sub-spindle

Hello,

I would like to request a custom post processor (or an update to an existing one) for our lathe HWACHEON HI-TECH 230 BL YSMC used with Fusion 360 (Manufacture workspace).

On the Autodesk post library I can only find a post for HWACHEON HI-TECH 230 AL, but our machine is the 230 BL YSMC version equipped with:

• main spindle

• sub-spindle

• Y-axis and C-axis (live tooling)

We would like to fully utilize the sub-spindle for part transfer and secondary operations.

Our requirements in short:

• Support for main + sub-spindle (including spindle selection and synchronization)

• Correct M-codes for:

  • main spindle on/off (CW/CCW)

  • sub-spindle on/off (CW/CCW)

  • spindle synchronization

  • chuck open/close for main and sub-spindle

• Support for:

  • part transfer between main and sub-spindle

  • cut-off and pick-up

  • driven tools with C-axis and Y-axis

We are currently using the HWACHEON HI-TECH 230 AL post as a starting point, but it does not support the sub-spindle configuration of our BL YSMC machine.

If helpful, I can provide:

• the existing AL post we are using now,

• the machine’s G/M-code list from the controller,

• sample NC programs generated directly from the machine tool vendor.

Could you please help with:

• a dedicated post for HWACHEON HI-TECH 230 BL YSMC, or

• guidance / a modified version of the existing AL post with proper sub-spindle support?
