At the moment, under Quality --> Document Management is not supported via API. I would like to access it so that I can have documents uploaded automatically into this space because this is the area my company uses to store documents within folders. Making this available by API could be useful for a lot of different reasons.
For our purpose specifically, we upload service documents into our ticketing software and once that ticket is closed, I can have a webhook run, grab the documents from the service ticketing platform and then upload the documents to fusion directly. This would really automate and speed up our process, rather than having someone always manually adding the documents into their respective folders. The webhook could search through the categories within fusion and parse through to find the correct folder, all via the API.
Right now this is the last step we'd need to automate our process.
