Quality Comments or Notes

The waste codes we have assigned to various operations capture the majority of potential issues, but there are always odd one-offs or waste codes that are so infrequent it doesn't make sense to keep track of them in an on-going way. We have an "Other" waste code for these types of quality errors. We'd like for workers to have the option to add comments or notes to this waste code so we can track the specifics. The option to add comments would be helpful in the existing waste codes as well so workers can share important details if necessary. 

TLDR; please add a comments section to waste codes so workers can share more details.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have two ideas that may help, despite marking the idea as gathering support:

1. Include all the possible wastes, and use the setting " Ask waste code category before waste code in the tablet". This could facilitate picking the waste in the tablet by grouping the waste codes in categories prior to asking the worker.

2. Add a checklist with an optional answer for these operations, in which the user may introduce additional information.
