I have several requests related to the Purchase Orders page, specifically the More Info button that shows the receiving status.
- I wish I could see the receiving status while I'm inside a specific PO. Right now, you can only see the info on the Purchase Orders general page.
- I wish rows that have not yet been received would be flagged with a color or icon so they stand out more.
- I wish rows that have been under-received would be flagged with a color or icon so they stand out more.
- I wish rows that have been over-received would be flagged with a color or icon so they stand out more.
- I wish there were an option to show the Status bar based on Dollar Value instead of Quantity. For example, if I order an iPhone ($900) and 9 charging cables ($5 each), and the charging cables are received but iPhone is not yet delivered, it will show 90% received because it is only by quantity. Really I care about the value of the items, not so much the quantity.
- Ability to sort or filter PO based on the status. For example, show PO's that are partially received. Show PO's that have over-received. Show PO's that are above or below X% received.
- I would like a button to edit the quantity received (open inventory movement).
- I would like a button to edit the quantity ordered, right now I have to open the PO but then it doesn't show the quantity received so I have to remember. For example, the vendor sent 5 extra sheets of plywood, I don't mind keeping them, I want to adjust my PO to have 5 more sheets.
- For over-receiving, the progress bar should become a different color and show the percentage greater than 100%. Right now I think 100% is the maximum but it's impossible to know if an order has over-receiving without inspecting each line one-by-one.
