Adding work instructions is very tedious and sometimes I have to make multiple instruction where 1 or 2 steps have to be modified and if I could duplicate the instructions it would save me a ton of time.
You're welcome. I also realized after this that a spreadsheet import/updating feature would be even better. That way we can just create the instructions in excel and import them in, saving even more time. I realize that might be a little difficult given the rich text formatting that is available with each step as well as the unlimited number of steps possible, but I think it would be worthwhile to investigate that as the solution here.
I also find it complex due to the images that you can attach to each step, that wouldn't be easily supported via Excel file upload. Nevertheless, if more customers vote on this idea we will investigate further what would be the best solution here.
