Duplicate “Unit Price” Labels in the Japanese Product Screen

Duplicate “Unit Price” Labels in the Japanese Product Screen

In the Japanese version of Fusion Operations, two different fields on the Edit Product screen are both displayed as 「単価」, which means “Unit Price.”

However, these fields appear to have different purposes, such as:

  • Product cost / manufacturing cost
  • Sales price / selling price

Because both fields use the same Japanese label, users cannot easily understand which value should be entered in each field. This may lead to incorrect cost or sales price data being registered.

Could you please update the Japanese translation so that the two fields can be clearly distinguished?

For example:

  • Unit Cost → 「原価」 or 「単位原価」
  • Unit Price / Selling Price → 「販売単価」

It would also be helpful if the descriptions or tooltips explained where each value is used, such as in production cost reports, inventory valuation, purchase orders, or sales orders.

Please see the attached screenshot showing the two fields currently displayed as 「単価」.

Thank you for considering this localization improvement.
