Currently, Autodesk Construction Cloud provides dedicated workflow modules for RFI and Submittals, which include convenient action buttons such as Send Reminder, Skip Reviewer, and other workflow management functions.
However, Site Memo, NCR, and RFWI do not have similar modules or workflow action buttons. As a result, users must manually send reminder emails and follow up with reviewers outside of Autodesk Construction Cloud, which is time-consuming and reduces workflow efficiency.
We would like Autodesk to introduce dedicated workflow modules, or at least provide the same workflow action buttons, for Site Memo, NCR, and RFWI.
Suggested features:
- Send Reminder button
- Skip Reviewer button
- Workflow status tracking
- Reviewer reassignment (if permitted)
- Consistent approval workflow similar to the RFI and Submittal modules
Benefits:
- Reduce manual email follow-ups.
- Improve review and approval efficiency.
- Provide a consistent user experience across all document workflows.
- Help project teams manage Site Memos, NCRs, and RFWIs more effectively within a single platform.
This enhancement would greatly benefit construction projects where Site Memos, NCRs, and RFWIs are used as frequently as RFIs and Submittals but currently lack the same workflow management capabilities.
