Why is fusion 360 cutting air the first 3.45mm?

Hi,
 
Fusion 360 firsttime user, and I love it. But why is Z cutting air the first 3.45mm? My top position is set to top-model. clearance en retract set to 5mm. Everything left as default.

I would say  look at your top hight and ramp clearance hight in the linking
