Why does the tool go up when moving on to the next pass?

When simulating the 2d contour it does the first level fine, but when moving on to the second level it does a little move upwards at the starting point of the whole cut. How do I fix this, so it doesn't do it and just goes down to the next pass without doing a jump upwards.and then going down. What controls this, because I don't fully understand the heights tab, what each thing does. Could anyone help and fix my problem, I bet it's not even remotely hard it's just Fusion is very confusing for me as a complete beginner. I added my file and a pic below!

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

That is a linking move, Unless you cut the full depth you get that.
