using rotary toolpath

i am using a rotary tool path to machine a crankshaft the problem i am having is that it is maching somthing that should be concentric .5mm out on concentricity can any see what i have done wrong

Hi @coryharris323 ,

 

It looks like it was possibly down to your WCS being slightly off centre. In the attached project I have changed this in the Setup by simply selecting the edge of the shaft which has shifted it slightly. Before it seems to be referencing a sketch which is slightly out of line.

thank you I knew there was something I just couldn't see it. It is referencing the stock that was supplied so I have moved that to be on the center line I have ad to adjust the stock position a few times to get what some else had started to clean up I have  obviously got it off center at some stage.
