Trace: Changing stepdown value reduces number of stepdowns

If I check off "multiple stepdowns" and specify 11 with a stepdown value of .03" I get 13 passes.

But if I change the stepdown value from .03" to .0299" and don't change anything else I get 12 stepdowns:

Toolpath settings:

- Time Magazine’s Person of the Year 2006
- Apple M1 Max rMBP A2485 // Latest MacOS // Latest Fusion
- Usually working off files uploaded to Fusion as: Step, STL, SLDPRT. If it matters ask me.
