Toolpaths not generating

I've noticed an issue recently when creating multiple toolpaths. If I make changes to any of the toolpaths within a single setup, Fusion will often display PENDING or 100% next to one or more of the toolpaths, but will never generate. If I click generate, nothing happens. I have had luck with duplicating the toolpath in question, causing it to regenerate both toolpaths, but this doesn't always work, and it can be resource-intensive with complex toolpaths. I have had to turn off auto toolpath generation on operation change, but this is not ideal. The only other thing that works is to close the file altogether and reopen it, and then manually generate each toolpath in the setup. One thing that seemed to work the other day was to open another file containing tool paths, which causes it to regenerate everything for some reason.

There have been two things I've encountered that can lead to this issue. Try toggling the In Process Stock slider:
