I am trying to make a toolpath, and the tool is going places that I don't want it going. I have tried all the settings with various offsets for the tool boundary, without it changing anything.

I am using fusion to do something a bit off the beaten track, but it should be fine if it would respect the settings set. Just to keep the center of the tool within the silhouette of the surfaces selected (or the bodies selected in the setup) Ideas?
The reason I don't want the tool going there is because it leads to a sharp edge later on that will break and lead to a defect in the part. I explain further in the video, for the curious.
I am actually machining the bottom side of the body into the stock, which will be part of the process for making a mold of the part.
I thought of making a "goal solid", that is, use the cad side of fusion to create the actual solid that I actually want the stock to look like when the machining is done. I assume this would help in various ways, but it is not possible to do this in fusion apparently. It is possible in solidworks. Basically I would select all the underside surfaces of the part, that is the surfaces facing downwards, and do an extruded cut from those surfaces upwards, to the top of the stock. That would not quite be perfect, though, even then.
Basically all I want is for the tool to not go anywhere it doesn't need to go. It is only wasting time etc. doing that anyway, so it seems like the software if well written should be able to avoid such a situation. It isn't clearing any material away from any selected surface when it goes where I indicate in the video. I suppose it is trying to touch one of the surfaces, but the surface can only be touched exactly at an edge, and from the wrong side, so it is useless to do that.

No one has any ideas? I just want the tool to stay within the silhouette, as specified, like it should.
