Have you tried downloading and installing the Harvey tool library? I just pulled your tool up in my version of Fusion and it is pictured correctly.

Ah, my mistake, you are seeing that in your set up sheet. I can verify I get same result as you.

I'm assuming your lollipop mills look like helmet heads in the setup sheets as well?

That tool was downloaded from the Harvey library. Surprisingly the geometry is correct as ~1/4 of Harvey's tools that Autodesk provides [https://cam.autodesk.com/hsmtools] either don't have necked down shanks or they do it's just that the necked down part isn't actually necked down it's just the same diameter as the rest of the shank lol or the transition from the necked down shank to the rest of the shank doesn't transition properly or any number of things. It's almost as if no one double checked any of the tools.

Just to be clear here; vendor supplied data is not inspected by us. We've found similar issues in the past and have notified them of the quality issue.

I've added this thread to an existing ticket we have on this issue (CAM-51421).

Interesting. The person from Harvey I reached out to said they'd be reaching out to Autodesk about tool geometry not being correct.
